OnSong 1.964

OnSong 1.964 was released on March 27, 2013 and improves upon earlier versions with the following:

Fixed a crash when using lyrics projection due to the stage monitor mode being active in the background.
Fixed a crash when accessing the Settings in the app in the Italian translation.
Fixed display issues when showing the sort menu and connected to AirPlay.
Fixed multiple spaces in lyrics projection.
Fixed an issue with capoed chords not displaying when key is expressed as ChordPro.
Fixed a dual display chord issue that would prevent dual mode from not enabling.
Fixed an issue in the Czech translation when viewing the AirTurn configuration screen.
Fixed a crash condition caused by a NaN being passed to a scroll view in stage monitor mode.

Added a Paper Orientation option to the stage monitor to allow for landscape paper sizes.
