Switch Pages

You can specify a page to switch to using the Switch Page Menu.

This allows you to pick a page number from 1 through 100 with optional quarter page increments. Use the picker of the left to choose the page number and then use the picker on the right to choose 0, 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 portion of each page.
