Diagrams

Chord diagrams be appearin' when ye tap on a chord in th' song viewer t' open th' Chord Inspector, or if ye turn on chord diagrams t' appear usin' th' Style Preferences Menu. Ye can change how chord diagrams be drawn usin' these preferences, savvy?

Instrument

This be specifyin' th' instrument t' use fer playin' th' song and thereby, th' chord diagrams, matey. Ye can choose between Banjo, Bass, Guitar (Default), Mandolin, Piano, Ukulele, and Baritone Ukulele.

Diagrams

This section be determinin' where diagrams appear on a page and what size in relationship t' th' page, Arrr!

• Position be determinin' where th' diagrams will appear on th' outputted chart such as Below Lyrics (Default), Above Lyrics, or Within Lyrics.
• Show Diagrams be determinin' if chord diagrams be displayed or turned off completely.
• Size be determinin' how many chord diagrams can fit across th' content area o' th' page. Options be includin' 4 through 10 diagrams across. Th' default be 6.

Options

There be various options that can be customized fer how th' chord diagrams be drawn, includin':

• Font Size be th' size o' th' chord as it appears in th' chord diagram and based on th' relative size o' th' chord diagram. Options be includin' 9 (Default), 10, 11, 12, 14, and 16 pt.
• Handedness be changin' th' chord diagram t' be flipped fer left-handed players. Default be right.
• Display Bars will convert multiple fingerings on th' first-played fret as a bar chord.
• Display Fret Positions will display th' numeric fret positions on th' left side o' th' chord diagram.
• Display Note be determinin' what be played along th' bottom o' th' chart. This be includin': Off, Finger Position (default), and Letter.

Advanced

This section be determinin' what chord diagrams be displayed allowin' further refinement, Blimey!

• Show Only Exact Matches will only show chord diagrams from th' chord diagram library that be an exact match and does not apply leniency t' th' search. Fer instance, if a chord o' E/G# be specified, only diagrams matchin' th' split chord variation will be used and th' standard E chord diagrams will not be displayed.
• Show Only Preferred Chords will disable th' display o' chord diagrams unless explicitly selected usin' th' Chord Inspector. This be resultin' in fewer chord diagrams or none at all unless specified, ye scallywag.
