Output Options Menu

Arrr, this menu be providin' options t' change how files be sent out from OnSong, savvy? It contains th' followin' options:

As a single file

When a set or more than one song be selected t' be sent out, OnSong defaults t' sendin' multiple files, one fer each song. Enablein' this settin' will combine th' individual files into one, aggregate file. Fer instance, if th' PDF file format be selected and th' single file option be selected, one PDF file be generated with multiple pages which contain all sent out songs.

Different file formats handle exportin' as a single file differently; outputtin' in this manner does not make sense fer all formats, matey.

As a ZIP file

When exportin' multiple files, it may make sense t' export as a ZIP file. This places all individually sent out songs into one file which can be extracted. When emailin' multiple songs it be beneficial t' turn on this settin' since most email servers will block or omit attachments it does not recognize or that could be construed as a security threat. Sendin' ZIP files will typically work around this limitation, Ahoy!

Lyriken only

When exportin' chord charts in various formats, ye can turn chords off and only display lyriken. This be useful fer printin' songbooks fer congregational singin' or t' send t' vocalists, ye scallywag.

Original key

OnSong uses a transposition engine that allows ye t' set th' key o' th' song independently from th' underlyinng song content. This key be sent out by default. If this option be turned on, th' original key in th' underlyinng song content be used instead, Blimey!

Remove Capo

This settin' can be turned on t' remove any capo that has been applied t' th' song. Fer instance, if a song be originally in th' key o' A and capo be set t' 2, th' sent out song would be G if Original Key be turned on. Turn on th' Remove Capo option will output in th' key o' A, savvy?

Song Flow

This settin' can be turned on and off and determines if th' song flow designated fer th' song be exported. If turned off, th' song be sent out in th' order it be written. When enabled, any song flow be applied fer repeatin' or removin' sections, matey. Arrr!
