Annotations

Sometimes chords an' lyrics be nay enough t' communicate how t' play a song, savvy? In that case, th' annotations menu can help ye plunder th' secrets o' playin'. Tap on th' additions icon in th' menubar t' access th' annotations tab. Annotations be notes or drawin's that can be placed on th' chord chart. OnSong includes th' followin' annotation options in this menu:

Annotation Library

Use th' context menu on annotations t' place 'em into yer annotations library, matey. Ye can then open th' library t' add those saved annotations t' other documents, Arrr!

Clip

Clips let ye import pictures or create graphics, crop 'em t' place on yer chord charts an' sheet music, ye scallywag.

Drawing

Th' drawin' annotation lets ye draw on th' page usin' a pen or highlighter, savvy?

Sticky Note

Th' sticky note annotation allows ye t' place colored, square notes on th' page, Blimey!

Text

Th' text annotation lets ye break out o' th' sticky note box an' just type on th' page.

Clear All

Tappin' on this option will remove all annotations from th' song page. Ye be prompted before this takes place since it be nay reversible, matey.

Lock All Annotations

This switch can be enabled t' prevent annotations from takin' any manipulation gestures, Ahoy!

Edit All Annotations

If annotations on yer chart have an action, or if any annotation be invisible, this switch will be enabled allowin' those annotations t' be visible an' editable. (nay displayed)

Show Annotations an' Drawin's

This switch in th' toolbar allows annotations an' drawin's t' be turned off temporarily without removin' 'em, savvy?
